The Retreat holiday bungalow

The Retreat is another beautiful holiday resort in Ingiriya. It is situated on top of a hill in the middle of a tea estate. Its planters bungalow converted to a holiday resort and ideal for a family outing or a office outing of a small team. The nearby fresh water stream, the pool and the mini waterfall makes it a great location for people who love to dwell on water.

Facts -

• You have to go on a small road after turning from Panadura-Ratnapura main road. That road is small and bit rough. A van or a Rosa bus can get there but you will have trouble getting there in car. It is impossible to get there in a large bus.
• If you want to barbecue you have to provide the necessary items like meat,barbecue sauce, seasoning etc.There is a caretaker that will prepare these for you.
